This is the First in the Hess Mini Truck Series, the 1998 Hess Mini Tanker Truck. The truck features working lights and removable display base. It is fashioned  after the 1990 white Hess tanker Truck . This truck was first sold in only seven states as a trial edition of a new line of trucks. It is one of the most sought after trucks in the Hess Toy Truck Line.
