All sales are final once they are shipped. To assure you top quality merchandise our policy is no returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem as it is very important to us that you the customer are happy. Should an order be damaged in shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate company.

All orders are shipped fully insured and it is the carrier's sole responsibility to deliver your package correctly, on time, and without damage. We make every effort to pack well as to  prevent breakage. Should a package arrive damaged, we will work with you to file a claim with the appropriate company. You need to notify the carrier of the damage and if necessary, be available for inspection. Once a claim has been settled you will receive replacements for any damaged item or reimbursement if we no longer have the item in stock.
